You can see the web cams over Ballenger Project, just click here or type on your browser http://12.23.176.114:8100 and follow these simple steps.

Step 1. Select the first option, Mpeg4 Encoder Viewer and click on the botton tha has a circle |

Step 2. At the top of the Internet Explorer window (I.E. 6.0 and later), will appear a grey bar with a little blue shield, that reads: "This site might require the following ActiveX Control: OCXChecker_8000.cab from GEOVISION.INC. Click here to install". Install this ActiveX |

Step 3. A confirmation window will pop-up, hit Install |

Step 4. The process automaticly begins and will reach 100% |
